Go west!

We are heading to Pittsburgh for a party this weekend – driving straight onto this lovely sunset, captured from our front porch.

We have big plans for a motorcycle ride to the ‘burgh – but it’s a little too cold these days, and other times we haven’t had the time on other trip weekends to double the travel time. As it is, we are about 7 hours away. If we go on the bikes we mapped out a brilliant route through the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania along Rt 6 and with stops At other places of note, like Centralia PA.

We are great travelers. We are even better route dreamers! Do you think there’s a market for remote motorcycle trip planning? Like AAA TripTics but without the lobbying against bicycles and public transportationand specifically geared towards the types of roads motorcyclists love?
